Bracelets, Charm Bracelets, and Charms must be returned in their natural state. The items must be returned within 7 days of receiving items. If these steps are not followed, the return request will be denied. Refunds will be given back in store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds will be returned in store credits only.

No refunds or returns on any pierced jewelry due to sanitary reasons.
