Refund policy

Bracelets, Charm Bracelets, and Charms must be returned in their natural state. The items must be returned within 7 days of receiving items. If these steps are not followed, the return request will be denied. Refunds will be returned to whichever form of payment was used. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Piercings and body jewelry are final sale! No returns due to sanitary reasons.
